Join us for a special one-day retreat exploring movement, sacred geometry, creativity and sound within the beautiful and contemplative setting of Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury.

For centuries, Chalice Well has been regarded as a place of pilgrimage, reflection and healing. Set at the foot of Glastonbury Tor, its ancient spring and peaceful gardens provide a unique setting in which to slow down, reconnect with nature and explore the relationship between movement, geometry and sound.

The day will begin with a gentle movement meditation led by Stephanie Cavazos, creating space to become present, grounded and connected to the body and surrounding landscape.

This will be followed by a sacred geometry drawing workshop with artist and geometer

Adam Williamson. Working with the traditional tools of compass and straightedge, participants will explore the underlying geometric principles that have inspired artists, craftspeople and architects across cultures for centuries.

Sacred geometry invites us to contemplate the patterns, proportions and structures found throughout the natural world and the wider cosmos. Through the slow and meditative process of geometric construction, participants will create their own drawings while exploring the relationship between pattern, beauty, proportion and interconnectedness.

The day will conclude with a deeply restorative sound healing journey led by Ruhiya, bringing together stillness, vibration and reflection and offering a peaceful conclusion to the day’s experiences.

Held within the extraordinary landscape of Chalice Well Gardens, this one-day gathering offers an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and experience a journey through movement, geometry and sound.

No previous experience of geometry, drawing or meditation is required. All materials and equipment for the geometry workshop will be provided.
